A typical inspection will take 2 to 3 hours but will vary depending on the size and condition of the home.

Our pricing is competitive and based on the square footage of the home. Some services we provide are an additional cost to the basic inspection. Please call for a no obligation quote.

Yes! In fact, we encourage you to be present. This is your opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns you may have about the home. Accompanying the inspector is a valuable learning experience, and will help you make an educated decision on the purchase of the home.

Once the inspection is complete, the home inspector will give you your Home Inspection Report and review their findings with you.
